Delivery and payment

Where we deliver

We deliver to every address in Germany. Your order comes with our own driver or as a parcel with DHL or Hermes; we choose the way that suits your address and tell you when it is on its way, with a tracking link for parcels.

Delivery fee

The fee depends on the value of the goods in your order. All prices in the shop include VAT; the delivery fee is added once per order.

Delivery time

Paid orders are packed and on their way soon. Delivery time: 2 to 4 working days.

The delivery time is an estimate. If your order is delayed, we tell you by email.

Payment at checkout

You pay when you order, on the secure payment page of Stripe:

• Card
• PayPal

Your order is confirmed the moment the payment goes through, and the invoice comes with the confirmation email. Nothing is charged before you confirm, and nothing is paid later.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order in your account until it is on its way. What you paid is refunded to your payment method.

Returns

Within 14 days after delivery you can ask in your account to send products back. Radhe Foods decides about every request and credits what was returned.
