Radhe Foods — Online Shop
Effective date: [DATE]
1. Business Information
This online shop is operated by [FULL REGISTERED LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], trading as Radhe Foods.
Registered address: [FULL BUSINESS ADDRESS, GERMANY]
Email: [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL]
Website: https://shop.radhefoods.de
2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed through the Radhe Foods online shop. We sell food products, groceries, and food ingredients to individual and business customers.
Separate written agreements may apply to wholesale or business-to-business transactions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
3. Products and Information
We offer products such as rice, pulses, grains, flours, spices, snacks, fruits, vegetables, and packaged food products, subject to availability.
Product descriptions, quantities, ingredients, allergens, prices, and other relevant information are provided on the respective product pages. Customers should read product labels and storage instructions before consumption. If information on the delivered packaging differs from the website, please contact us for clarification.
Product availability may change, and placing products in the shopping cart does not guarantee their reservation.
4. Prices and Taxes
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR). Applicable VAT is included in consumer-facing prices where legally chargeable. Delivery charges and the final amount payable are shown before an order is submitted.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or display errors, subject to applicable law. A submitted order will not be changed without the customer's agreement.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
Customers select products, review their shopping cart, provide the necessary billing and delivery information, and submit their orders through checkout.
Submitting an order constitutes a binding offer to purchase the selected products. An automatic acknowledgment of receipt does not, by itself, constitute acceptance.
The contract is formed when we expressly accept the order through an order-confirmation communication or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.
Payment authorization does not by itself constitute acceptance of the order.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, for example because stock is unavailable, we will inform the customer and release any unused payment authorization or refund any payment already collected without undue delay.
6. Payment Methods
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include debit cards, credit cards, and PayPal processed through Stripe Checkout.
Payment information is submitted through Stripe's secure payment environment. Radhe Foods does not require customers to provide complete card details directly to its online shop.
Orders are prepared and dispatched in accordance with the payment and order-confirmation process. Cash on delivery is not offered.
7. Delivery
The online shop currently offers delivery to eligible addresses in Germany.
Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or in the relevant delivery information before the purchase is completed.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will inform customers of material delays.
For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes to the consumer when the goods are delivered to the consumer or their designated recipient, in accordance with applicable law.
8. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched using the options available in their account or by contacting customer service.
Where cancellation is accepted and payment has already been collected, the applicable refund will be issued through the original payment method.
This cancellation service does not restrict statutory withdrawal or warranty rights.
9. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from eligible distance-selling contracts within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the consumer, or a person designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods. Special rules apply when goods from the same order are delivered separately.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, consumers must inform us by an unequivocal declaration, for example by email to [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] or through the electronic withdrawal function provided by the shop.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal declaration before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If a contract is validly withdrawn from, we will refund the payments received, including standard delivery charges, except additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery service more expensive than our least expensive standard option.
Refunds will be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive the withdrawal declaration. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or the consumer provides evidence of having returned them, whichever occurs first.
Customers must send eligible goods back without undue delay and within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal.
Return address: [CONFIRMED RETURN ADDRESS]
For a withdrawal without product defects, the customer bears the direct cost of returning eligible goods. We bear return costs where legally required or separately agreed.
Customers are liable for diminished value only where legally applicable.
Exceptions for food products
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or expire rapidly. It may also be excluded for sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
These exclusions do not automatically apply to all groceries or all opened packaging. Statutory rights relating to defective or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.

10. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
If products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL], ideally providing the order number and photographs where helpful.
Statutory warranty and consumer-protection rights apply. Nothing in these terms limits customers' mandatory legal remedies.
11. Customer Accounts
Customers may place orders through guest checkout where available or create an account.
Account holders must protect their login details and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
12. Liability
We remain liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Otherwise, our liability is governed by applicable statutory provisions.
