We pack your order and deliver it to your door across Germany, with a tracking link for parcels.
Questions and answers
- Do I need an account?
- You can browse and fill your cart without one. To order you sign in with your email address and password, or create an account in a minute; your cart comes with you.
- How do I pay?
- At checkout, by card or PayPal on the secure page of Stripe. Your order is confirmed the moment the payment goes through. Nothing is charged before, and nothing is paid later.
- When does my order arrive?
- We pack paid orders and deliver them across Germany with our own driver or as a parcel with DHL or Hermes. You see the delivery time at checkout and on your order; for parcels you get a tracking link.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
- A placed order cannot be changed. You can cancel it in your account until it is on its way, and order again. What you paid is refunded.
- What if something is missing or damaged?
- Tell us, or ask for a return in your account within the return window after delivery. Radhe Foods checks every request, corrects the bill with a credit note and refunds the difference.
- Why can I not order a product right now?
- It is either sold out or not available at the moment. Nothing is reserved before a payment, so a product can sell out while you shop; your order page tells you if that happens, and nothing is charged.
