Ratlami Sev (400g)

Ratlami sev takes its name from Ratlam in Madhya Pradesh, where this style of sev is famous. Gram flour (besan) dough is pressed into strands and fried until crunchy; the Ratlami style is known for a bold spice blend in which clove and black pepper stand out. In many Gujarati homes it is simply called sev – a classic teatime snack and a must for sev tameta nu shaak.
