About this product

Chorafali is a classic Gujarati Diwali snack. Classically, a dough of gram flour (besan) and urad dal flour is rolled very thin, cut into strips and fried, puffing up into airy crisps. They are traditionally dusted with a tangy masala of red chilli, black salt and dry mango powder (amchur).
