Coconut Fudge / Kopra Pak (250g)

Kopra pak is Gujarat's take on coconut barfi. Traditionally, grated coconut is cooked with sugar and milk or mawa until thick, flavoured with cardamom and sometimes saffron, then set and cut into squares. Soft, moist and fragrant – a festive favourite.
