Edible Gum Fudge / Gundar Pak (500g)

Gundar pak takes its name from gundar, the edible plant gum that is fried in ghee until it puffs up and turns crunchy. Traditionally it is combined with jaggery, coconut, nuts and warming spices and set into squares. In Gujarati homes it is a classic winter sweet.
