Sukhdi, also called gol papdi, is one of the simplest and most-loved Gujarati sweets. Traditionally, wheat flour is roasted in ghee until golden and fragrant, then mixed with melted jaggery and set into soft, crumbly squares. It is also a common temple offering (prasad).
