Adadiya Pak (250g)

Adadiya pak is a traditional Gujarati winter sweet. It is classically prepared by roasting urad dal (black gram) flour in ghee and setting it with jaggery or sugar, edible gum (gundar), dry fruits and a special adadiya masala of warming spices. Dense, aromatic and rich – best enjoyed in small squares.
