Cluster Beans / Guvar (1kg)

Cluster beans (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) – guvar in Gujarati – are slender green pods with a pleasantly earthy, slightly bitter taste. Top and tail them, remove any tough strings and cut into pieces before cooking. They are the star of guvar nu shaak and pair well with potatoes or dhokli.
